Pal Jim Checket R.I.P.

Memorial Set for 22 October

On Sunday, 9/11 of all dates, Jim passed away at 5:40 P.M. His health had declined quite rapidly during the previous week and we were able to spend that time together 24/7 as he had requested one week before; they were precious moments. The glory and joy at the time of his death was expressed through slight smile and his eyes looking upward. I will miss him dearly - the house is extremely quiet with no concentrator giving him breath. Even the cats sensed, and still do, a change in our "family" dynamics.

A memorial/celebration service will be held at St. Jacob's Kimmerlings Church on Saturday, October 22nd at 2 PM. If you are free and need directions, let me know.

Love,

Sally (Miller)
